W. Thomas Wheeler has practiced law for over 35 years with a primary focus on estate planning and estate and trust administration. Tom counsels individual and corporate executors and trustees, including banks and trust companies that are subject to state or federal banking supervision.
Tom graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. He twice received the Outstanding Student Leader Award during law school. He received the Am-Jur award for receiving the highest grade in his Trusts and Estates law school class. For the past 25 years, he has earned and continuously retained the AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest possible rating for both ethical standards and legal ability. This rating is achieved only after an attorney has been reviewed and recommended by peers –members of the bar and the judiciary.
